Easy vegan falafel burger recipe
One 400g tin chick peas
One clove of garlic
3 tbsp chickpea flower
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 whole onion finely diced
One tbsp fresh chopped chive
One tsp fresh sage
- Simply tip the ingredients into the food processor and blitz- slowly add the flour until a dough like consistency is achieved.
- Mold the falafel into small party shapes
- Shallow fry on each side til the outside of each patty is crispy and drain on olive oil
- Finally serve- we recommend with our raw slaw and some sweet potato fries
