Our breakfast is part of the New Forest Food Festival

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, when we were asked to participate in the upcoming New Forest Food Festival, we jumped onto the opportunity to share our fabulous breakfast (and local suppliers) with the forest foodie community.

There’s a lot to love about our humble brekkie- like the fact the ingredients have only travelled a short distance to the plate. The eggs (chickens cooperating) come from our flock of pub hens, the bread from fabulous award winning bakery Bakehouse 24, the sausages from the lovely Crow Farm Shop, the black pudding is Handmade at Ringwood’s independent butchers (Patterson’s) and both the tomatoes and mushrooms come from the forest too.

If you haven’t tried one of our delicious breakfasts do pop in- it’s available between 9.30- 11.30 Friday, Saturday and Sundays. We have complimentary papers and a roaring log fire waiting for you, with delicious coffee straight from the bean and Dorset Tea for those who prefer a nice pot of cha.

Like all good marketing pitches we’ve saved the price til last,  but you will be pleasantly surprised, our classic breakfast is part of a spectacular weekend starting deal- Two for £10. So grab a buddy, or better still bring the family down and kick start your weekend with us. We’d love to meet you!
