We work super hard with @crow_farm_shop_ to buy the highest welfare meat we can possibly can from the closest possible farmer.
The lamb we are currently using comes from approximately 0.5 miles from our door. A small flock raised by a close friend of the farm shop.
We preordered our meat back in the end of January. We are now coming to the end of the stock of Kingston lamb so are taking it off the menu until a suitable alternative or the next set of lambs
