You like poutine- you like Burgers it makes sense to combine the two right?
It’s no secret we are canadaphiles - so we couldn’t not bring poutine back with us after visiting Pemberton (the potato capital of BC).
We wanted to make sure it was authentic as possible which is why we were stoked when we found a local cheese maker (Shepton) who makes fantastic cheese curds- for that authentic squeaky poutine taste.
Stacked on our classic burger with lashings of real gravy, ethically sourced low n slow local brisket and seasoned fries in a @bakehouse24 brioche.
It’s so good we had to keep it a secret!
