We make every burger from scratch here using meat from Crow Farm Shop, New Forest Bacon Co, Patterson’s Butchers and Cobleywood Farm. The Brioche (or Sourdough for our vegan burgers) are made by indomitable local bakery Bakehouse 24. All our cheeses are procured from the West Country (naturally). Even our Burger Sauces are homemade.
