On cask we have a selection of tried and tested favourites- @otterbrewery, @ringwoodbrewery , @darkstarbrewco hophead and @reunion_ales Ruby Beardtongue.
And on craft keg we have a lush NEPA from War against reality and a return of the wonderful @unitybrewingco congregate Belgian pale.

We need a enthusiastic team player to join us this summer to take the lead and run the operation of the pub with precision.

You will have at least two years Supervisor experience in a food environment and have an ability to manage and support the kitchen team.
Understanding of Budgets and GP, and controlling margins advantageous.

We will offer the right candidate a comprehensive training program to ensure they are fully trained on -Cellar Management -Personal License -Stock Control -Food Hygiene -Resource Management

Obviously experience in all of these would be advantageous but not a requirement. There is unlimited scope for career progression as we are an expanding company and would love to find the right person to grow with us.
