We also know that life is to short to settle with just one gin, which is why we update our list three times a year.
We’ve poured weeks into searching and sampling (hard life right?) to find you guys the best of the best.
We’ve finally nailed it down and we have introduced some amazing fruit Gins into the mix –
CONKER COLD BREW COFFEE LIQUEUR
Forget sweet, coffee ‘flavoured’ liqueurs, this is a complex, dark and fruity brew that celebrates the espresso and owns the glass. No additives and flavourings.
TARQUIN’S BRITISH BLACKBERRY GIN
Tarquin’s Brilliant British Blackberry Gin, with a touch of Cornish wildflower honey. Cornish sunshine in a bottle, and not too sweet.
6 O’CLOCK DAMSON GIN
6 O’clock Damson Gin is hand made in the traditional way, in small batches, using hand-picked British damsons. The Bristol based company use their premium 6 O’clock Gin, pour it over the damsons, add a dash of sugar and apply the ‘secret’ ingredient for any great damson gin – plenty of time. With a bright and refreshing red fruit body, carried through into lingering spicy notes and with a generously smooth finish, this delicious Damson Gin is perfect for sipping any time of day.
BATH GIN HOPPED RHUBARB EDITION
Hopped Rhubarb Edition is made through an infusion of locally sourced rhubarb and whole hop flowers. Delicious!
BOUTIQUE-Y GIN CO SPIT ROASTED PINEAPPLE
Popular in the 1920s, pineapple gin is back with a 21st century twist. Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until a beautiful caramelisation occurs. The pineapple is then combined with some bold and bright gin.

We work super hard with @crow_farm_shop_ to buy the highest welfare meat we can possibly can from the closest possible farmer.
The lamb we are currently using comes from approximately 0.5 miles from our door. A small flock raised by a close friend of the farm shop.
We preordered our meat back in the end of January. We are now coming to the end of the stock of Kingston lamb so are taking it off the menu until a suitable alternative or the next set of lambs
Is it possible to talk about run without slipping in a casual pirate reference?

MEZAN PANAMA RUM 2004
The rums in this small batch have been aged twice in white oak American Bourbon barrels to give added flavour. Tropical marmalade flavours combine with burnt sugar notes. A touch of dried apricots and guava.
PLANTATION BARBADOS 5 YEAR OLD
This Barbados 5 year old rum is packaged in a dumpier bottle, and with an age statement rather than a vintage.
This rum was created by Alexandre Gabriel, Plantation cellar master and David Wondrich, author of the book Imbibe! It is a tribute to the esteemed Reverend Stiggins whose favourite drink was the “pineapple rum” in the Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens.
WESTERHALL RUM NO3
Smooth and mellow. The No. 3 is aged for 3 years in oak casks and the result is a round-tasting rum packed full of flavours from the ‘Spice Isle’. It is delightfully light and perfect for cocktails or with mixers. We love it with ginger ale and a slice of lime.
WESTERHALL RUM NO10
No. 10 is aged for 10 years in oak barrels and it’s so worth the wait. Once released from captivity this rum has a gentle temperament – smooth on the palate and rich in flavours; best enjoyed on the rocks or with club soda. For something a little more Grenadian, try it with the juice of a fresh green coconut.
BLACK MAGIC SPICED RUM
A dark spiced rum, Black Magic drinks smoothly straight up or as the key component in a cocktail. Essences of coconut and butter waft up from a snifter, and it’s a perfect pairing with some tropical fruit dishes like scallops topped with mango chutney.
Based on original 16th and 17th century recipes used by West Indian sailors. Made using spices native to the Caribbean along with sugar cane from the islands as well as South America.
BARTI DDHU SEAWEED SPICED RUM
Barti Ddu Rum is a blend of fine Caribbean rum, spiced with notes of vanilla, cloves and orange. The extra secret ingredient is a subtle infusion of Pembrokeshire laver seaweed, known as Welshman’s caviar. The drink is inspired by a famous Pembrokeshire Pirate, Barti Ddu, or in English Black Bart.
